Professor in the Department of Education of PUC-Rio, coordinator and supervisor of the Professional Guidance service of NOAP (Psychopedagogical Counseling and Assistance Center) and member of the board of RAE (Student Support Network) and of RAD (Professor Support Network), PUC-Rio. She has research interests in the areas of Educational Psychology; Diversity and inclusion; Teaching and learning in Higher Education; Professional and Career Guidance.
