Has a Doctoral degree in Human Sciences - Education at PUC-Rio; Master’s degree in History at the Center for Research and Documentation of the Contemporary History of Brazil - CPDOC at FGV; and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is a researcher in the field of school management, with emphasis on aspects related to leadership and family-school relations. She is Editor of the journal Educação Online. She is also Counselor and founding partner of the Rogério Steinberg Institute especially in the guidance of their social education project, as well as aschool management consultant. She is an undergraduate professor in Education and other teacher training courses, focusing on: School organization, Management Internship, Sociology of Education and Group Management. Finally, she is a collaborating researcher at GESQ - Research group in Education Management and Quality.
