Doctor in Education at PUC-Rio. Associate Professor in the Department of Education - PUC-Rio. Coordinator of the Research Group in Education, Museums, Culture and Childhood (GEPEMCI) and of the Specialization Course in Early Childhood Education: perspectives of work in daycare centers and preschools (PUC-Rio). She has experience in the area of Education, working mainly in the following fields: non-formal education, museums, culture, early childhood education, and teacher training. Her latest publications have covered themes related to the relationship between museums and school, the inclusion of children in museum spaces, the cultural education of teachers, and the role of art in teacher education. She integrates the Group of Educators in Museums and Cultural Centers (REM-RJ).
