Emeritus Full Professor. Doctor and Postdoctoral Scholar in Education from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). Her Graduate studies were at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium). She is the Coordinator of the Research Group on Daily Life, Education and Culture(s) (GECEC). She develops research on the relationship between education and culture(s), multi/intercultural education, the decolonial perspective, the ecology of knowledge, school routine, Teaching practice , human rights education and teacher education . She is a Senior Researcher at CNPq.
